Good book

it is a good dictionary as it presents psychological cocepts and theories in a scientific way striking a fine balance between erudition and understanding.

It's a fine reference work that defines many of the terms and concepts in Psychology in a very clear manner. But this is a book to be kept as a Reference work for years and not to be thrown away overnight like pulp fiction. It is very unfortunate that Penguin prints works to preserved on very cheap paper that yellows in a matter of months. I had to throw away the book after a year of purchase. Excellent resource but and absolute waste of money. Please don't buy. Try to find an eBook/PDF instead.

Bad

I'm a psychology undergraduate and am currently revising for my first year exams. This book is the one I have used more than any other textbook and it's been incredibly helpful during not only during the exam period, but throughout the course of my first year. It's made understanding any new concepts and theories a lot easier and I would recommend it to anyone taking a psychology degree. Buy it now!

I love this book and it arrived early and looked brand new. One thing I was surprised by is that the book is thicker than I originally thought. I probably should have known though.

Das Buch wurde in einem schlechten Zustand zugeliefert. Das Back-Cover und ca. 30-40 Seiten sind zerdrückt. Leider lohnt es sich nicht, es wiederzusenden und ersetzen oder erstatten lassen. Übrigens es wird von Italien gesendet. Über das Buch selber kann ich momentan nicht vieles sagen, da ich es noch nicht durchgelesen habe. Aber es sieht ziemlich interessant aus, wie gewartet.
