Q: Is this have a rolling massage option

The seat has a 3-speed vibration option, which you can have on or off. The back massager does have a 'rolling' effect and 'goes up and down' your whole back, but you can set it only to do the upper back or lower back. You can also fix it in one position. I am so happy with mine. I think it's brilliant. But I must warn you that any kind of intense massage hurts a bit if your muscles are tense, and this can put some people off having any kind of massage, including using this chair pad massager. Anyway, for me it really does help to relax my back muscles, and I am very happy with the product.

No,it just vibrate on the seat.

Q: Can you use it many times a day for 15 minutes as long as you have breaks of say one hour between ?

We recommend to use it three times a day, no more than 15 minutes at a time.
