Rubies Aquaman Movie Deluxe Mera Tiara

I did a genderbend on Aquaman before I found out there was Mera, but the piece still was a great addition to my costume. A previous review mentioned being able to see black threads on the front of the headpiece where the straps were sewed on. Mine arrived with gold threading so it didnt show. It has two straps with velcro on the ends so you can make it slightly tighter or looser. I didnt have a way to make the parts near my ears stick to my face, so the piece didnt open as much as in the amazon photos but it didnt take away from the look. The material is a soft pleather/rubber feel, totally bendable. I loved it, happy with my purchase.

Is very nice looking and adjustable. Do the job. But is for a costume so the material isn't the best.

This was supposed to be for a Mera costume but I just went without the headpiece. This thing is rubbery, flexible plastic - doesn’t stand up straight so it cannot hold to your head/hair… doesn’t look like the picture.

Looked very cheap at first but I added metallic paint and rhinestones and that did the job

I read many reviews, so I was hoping to get one of the ones that was of better quality. I did not. It came smashed, but I thought I could maybe warm it with a blow dryer to get the shape back. When I opened it, the gold had been sprayed on in its flattened position, so right there front and center, there is no gold. The next problem is the branding is molded into the front side of the piece in a very prominent area (except for the fact that the very front is smashed to the side so that covers it). Then the spike on top is completely off center, so even if I could get the other problems dealt with, this problem will still be a problem. It’s going back, and maybe I’ll make a better one out of cardboard and spray paint. Going without a tiara would be better than this mess.

I ordered this for DragonCon and it is perfect for my Mera costume! It’s flimsy but works just fine.

This product looks cheap. Flimsy plastic. Never even used it and could not return it.

Like the product. It is perfect fit. Looks good with the wig. Overall I am very satisfied 👍
