Tried this after loving this company's collagen, and they've delivered again!I noticed the boost of energy this supplement gave me immediately when I started using it. I don't drink coffee, and it gives me a nice kick in the morning to start my day! Began to notice after around two weeks that I was significantly less hungry, my appetite has generally decreased with no decrease in energy. After having spent this past year losing weight and currently in the home stretch to my goal weight, I'm really pleased with the added boost this supplement has given me.

I'm taking one pill in the morning and one pill at night. I've had no adverse reactions and am hopeful it is helping me to continue to lose weight and keep my cognitive abilities honed. Arrives in a timely manner and as advertised.

I’ve been on a health kick lately trying to portion control and the biggest hurdle was the hunger. I would get so hungry through the day to the point where I struggled to stay focused at work. I’ve been taking 2 of these daily around 10 am and I definitely noticed that it suppresses my hunger and keeps my energy up. I look forward to more results and for the weight to keep coming off, down 3 pounds already.

This used to have a bright orange color and a pungent turmeric smell. This last order the color is brown & no turmeric smell. Have they changed their turmeric source? It definitely looks and smells like an inferior product. I will finish this bottle and see if it is as effective as it previously was.

Zero stars, but it wouldn’t let me! I had no change in appetite and after day 2, my upper abdomin became so extended and painful that the pain shot through to my back where I could barely catch a breath! This pain has lasted a ful day and a half. It is subsiding and I believe it is because I stopped taking these immediately!

I have been using this product for 4 weeks ow and I love it! Definitely less hungry through the day and I do feel this has boosted my metabolism. It's nice compared to other weight loss supplements because it's plant based and all natural ingredients so you don't get any jitters or weird feelings! I've been also less bloated than usual with more regular bowel movement. I'm down 5 pounds in the last 4 weeks and I hope that continues.

I been trying many products this one is awesome it cuts my appetite my digestive track is much better than before I have more energy I’m not tired at all plus it’s cutting my fat I have seen a big difference in myself and I love that .Take one in the morning and one in the evening plus I rest much better also . So I haven't seen any weight loss but I have more engery, metabolism slightly went up and my mood has been better. This is coming from someone who has depression. So 4 out of 5 stars because I didn't see any weight differences.
