These are in fact stickers and they're beautiful! They are a clear sticker on a clear backing that can be challenging to remove but they are sticky so ignore that other review. You can flick the edges with your finger to try to separate the back from the sticker but this can take some time and be frustrating. I use a ceramic slicer to score the backer then I just bend the sticker and peel the backer off. Easy! If you're not aware of how these work I can see how you could get confused but that is not the fault of the product. The images on the stickers are vibrant, clean and clear. They have excellent stick with no peeling up after I've placed them on the item and the assortment is great. I'm very happy with this purchase.
