My girlfriend told me about this product because she knew I needed to gain some weight due to the fat content. I ordered it I wanted to use it in my morning smoothies. Open the first can ported in my smoothie added all my other goodies to it and absolutely loved it! I love how it has no Guar in it! That was the draw for me. I’m glad I made this choice. This product is perfect, Absolutely delicious!

Great in smoothies! Not sweetened, so i add a bit of honey.

This coconut milk is perfect and works well. For any one complaining about how it's gross or separated, they did not read the directions correctly. You are supposed to warm the can in warm water and shake vigorously. Smelled great, perfect texture and consistency (not to thin not too thick) for making curry. Good value for having no additives, just coconut milk.

Set of 3 cans came in a CLEAN sealed bag, inside an appropriately sized box. Flip top lids - no can opener needed. I use mostly for coffee, in place of milk or cream. Taste is definitely "coconutty" Does tend to be a bit lumpy because it's healthy: no guar gum, just coconut!

I used this to make chia seed pudding. Delicious! It’s the only one I could find that didn’t have a bunch of additives. Be sure to put the can it in a pan of worm water for several minutes, then shake shake shake before opening. I had good results doing this!

Bought three cans of the coconut milk, and all three cans were dented. Very disappointed.

This milk separates and you cannot mix it together. Tastes fine but doesn’t work well for my purpose.
