This is a reliable water flosser. I have had this one for over 3 years and used at least 2 times a day. One of the charging prongs weakened and broke off when I cleaned it or this water flosser would still be going. I found the speed and pressure to be very good, and it cleaned my teeth profoundly better than flossing. It has been easy to use, easy to charge, which remains strong and lasts for days into over a week. One suggestion is to be sure to protect the charging port by using the rubber plug that keeps it dry while in use. Otherwise, water will cause corrosive buildup and shorten the life of this water flosser. I am purposely purchasing it again because I had 3 years of very satisfied use and hope to gain even more now that I know to plug that port consistently.

The item was delivered successfully and works as expected. Packaging was good and there was no damage upon arrival. The seller followed up promptly and provided good customer support. Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase and would consider buying from this seller again.

Product is good but it last only year and a half however the customer service is very good. They honor the warranty of 24 months and send a replacement water flossers.

After my old cordless flosser died, I ordered this one to replace it. I am so glad I did. This one has a much stronger jet flow and really gets in between your teeth. I add several drops of Peppermint oil to the water and my mouth feels very clean afterward. I bought it on sale, so that was an extra bonus. If you are looking for a good flosser for your teeth, you can't wrong with the Hangsun Water Flosser.

Gets all of the food out! Sometimes puts too much pressure on the gums, but overall gets the job done

great value considering all the included attachments and functionality. have used the big name flossers in the past but found they were always messy, getting water everywhere and took up too much counter space. this is a nice, slim flosser. it cleans well and has a powerful stream. i could feel something was stuck in my teeth so i kept trying to push it out with the flosser and eventually did get it out on the high setting. it turned out to be part of my filling. I would not have been able to get it out without the flosser, very helpful. the battery life is incredible. like seriously incredible, only charged probably twice in 2 years and that's with nearly daily use once or twice a day. biggest issue i have with this flosser however is the fill tank. it's difficult to clean and does not dry very well. i will be replacing it with one that has a wide opening for the fill tank.

Product worked great for about a year than quit at about 13 months. It had a two year warranty. Notified the seller and they completely replaced it with a new unit a few days.

Great value and performance. Works very well, although it took a few goes to get comfortable using it, it gives a great clean, better than I can floss, l and is solidly made, with a good set of extra nozzles. It's also much easier for me than manual flossing, and stays charged for ages. I look forward to using this every day and my dentist is impressed too! Takes less than 90 seconds to do the whole mouth. Tip: Using lukewarm water to fill it makes the experience much more pleasant than cold water...
