Quality of material and chain is up to the mark. However the way seller do the packaging is worst.

Just a backpack but not for carrying laptop
I have been using Gear bags since 2015 , earlier I had gear outlander ( black with red ) it's cloth and cushion is still intact.But this one is just an average laptop bags should have cushion in botton too , there is absolutely no cushion . Back side do have but it's just an average.Don't know why when I was searching for bags again it didn't showed me Gear outlander to buy again but can see it now.Have removed it's tag if not would have returned this one.Laptop partition is just a thin sheet . Don't know if this will be a ruff and tuff bag.

Using it since last 8+ Years, still working like a charm
I am writing this review after using this bag for almost 9 years. Used it daily for office use, took it to trekking, backpacking and motorcycle trips still the bag is in perfect condition without a single tear or hole in it. Only the zip is having issue after using 8 years. What more do you expect from a bag?
