We have had our fire table fo awhile but didn’t us it as much as we would like because of the wind. You couldn’t sit on the down wind side. This works nicely to keep the flames contained and is very attractive.

When assembling you will need some assistance from another person to hold the glass.

This glass fence is a perfect height! I didn’t think I would like the metal brackets but seeing the unit in person, the brackets add to the great look. Glass is thick and not flimsy at all! Great product overall!

It was so easy to assemble I told my hubby to just sit and enjoy the sun as I put it together in less than 15 minutes. It provides the wind guard we had hoped for so we could enjoy the fire while we had dinner (the fire pit is in the centre of our patio table) and it also allowed us to enjoy the fire as we relaxed in the hot tub on a breezy night. When it is REAL windy it does blow out. We have a circular pit but could not find a circular guard small enough - 17 inches. The square looks just fine and now we can enjoy the fire pit.

While you certainly don't need a wind screen for a fire table, it does provide a nice look to the table and it also provides some protection if you are running the table on high so it provides warmth for your Gazebo. We have found that it also helps to hold your marshmallow skewer when making Smors, lol

I purchased this for a NON OUTLANDER brand fire table that did not have a protective glass Wind Guard. The measurements listed in the add was exactly what they were when assembled. This was perfect for the fire table I had. So thanks for that!
