Not good in quality
Base strength is worth in quality as it get broken within 8 months from purchase... We haven't used oftenly but it get broken...

Ease of assembly, Packing and Quality control
1. Very easy to assemble. It took just 10 mins.2. Packing is superb. I can see the care they took in packing and protection against transit damage.3. A little shaky. Need to be careful when you mount the chair. Children can fall.4. Pulling is easy, light in weight. No creeching noise due to rubber beading.5. The chrome plating is shiny, the upholstery is very nice.The immediate satisfaction level is very high.Any good product and service will have some quality issue.As shown in the photograph, two screws out of four found missing. These screws are vital to fix the seat to the franey. Now only two screws are doing that job.Will the manufacturer send those keys to me free of cost. If did, it is customer friendly and highly appreciable

Product is good but service person has not come to assemble up to writing this ie 27.5.25 I have assembled it own and facing problem to get a elen key for tightening the seat screw,Rs. 3200/- chair but one Rs20/- elen key not provided by the seller and it shameful to them.
