Good (previous seller used before, sent different brand but it came from sams & was ok overall) & it arrived on time or early, which is wonderful. Our people onsite are happy & we have ordered a few more times since. Have been receiving 48 cases (with 40 bottles in each - Pure life). When I have reached out this seller has communicated effectively thus far for me. Pallet has been arriving in a sprinter type van that we naturally have to off load (as expected). Our business has appreciated the convenient services vs having to go pickup ourselves or pay more for other services. Thank you.

Product was delivered fast and as expected. No problems at all!

Instead of receiving 78 cases on a pallet, they were delivered 24 - 26 cases at a time in the back of a Honda Civic. The waters were hot, like they had been sitting out in the sun.

For me, it was the seller and how they shipped. They claimed they had no delivery instructions from Amazon but I added them, just like the other times. We had to offload the whole pallet in a parking lot.
