Speedo Women's Water Shoe Offshore Strap-Discontinued

I'm so glad I got these shoes. They're great for hiking in muddy or wet terrain, walking in rivers and streams and just every day. When I got them they felt narrow and I have very small feet. I wear a size 6.5, but got a 6. After wearing them once they conformed to my feet and were so comfortable I now kind of live in them. The picture is of me wearing them while tubing down a river. They are not good for swimming though, they will slip off your toes.

I got size 6 and I love it! This thing fits perfectly! I would even wear it to work everyday if one girl wouldn't have called me out on it asking me if I was wearing swimshoes to work. I have wide and flat feet and this worked perfectly. Ordered it for Schlitterbahn trip with friends and I couldn't be happier with it. The strap never came off like some people are saying here. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good, cute and comfy aqua shoes.

Previous versions of this water shoe were very comfortable. This one,however, was on the stiff side and rubbing the back heel. It also ran very small,as I have one that is the same size 6 from couple years ago, which fits perfectly. I bought the cheaper version of this shoe from Target. It is more comfortable, flexible. I'm not sure why Speedo has a cheaper version for $20 and this version. Hopefully, it doesn't fall apart, as these tend to do.

I brought the shoe to increase my ability to do aerobic pool exercises. I needed the added grip and foot protection -- which the shoe does provide. And despite several user comments to the contrary, the shoe fits to size.The first time in the pool, however, the velcro on the right shoe failed, loosening its attachment. (Have yet to have the same experience with the left shoe, but assume that one will fail over time, as well). I've since had to secure the right strap with a safety pin, which certainly doesn't add to the styling.Other than the faulty velcro strap (the design of which the manufacturer may want to reconsider), the shoe performs to function and seems good for the price.

I wear these in the shower - so much safer! And, I bought a second pair to wear outside when I'm watering plants....and the groundis wet and perhaps muddy. I found my size 6 fit perfect - perhaps a 6.5 would have been better. I love the elastic strap because Ihave a narrow foot and it pulls it in to fit. Now, if just the inside liner won't come out - which is the problem I was having with the cheapshoes...trusting the Speedo brand is made better - but, we will see. Otherwise, they will be sent back. But, they are really cute.

Other than the width, which is a little wide (even with adjusting the velcro strap to the full extent) I like these shoes. Pefect with a sundress for the day--goes from shopping to swimming... Wore them sailing as well and they had great grip ability. Received compliments on them from strangers..I should note that I have relatively wide feet, so if you have very thin feet these may not work for you...

I wore these on an all day float trip. I was able to switch from water to land with no issue. I normally wear a 7.5 and I purchased these shoes in an 8, because they are not sold in half sizes. They were a little bit big but that is to be expected when you order up a half size. I only noticed them being too large when swimming, Otherwise a great shoe and very cute.

I love these shoes but there is a small problem. Also, measure your foot carefully. Going by measurements, I ordered a size too small. The return was no trouble and the next size up was fine. On the plus side, these shoes are cute, very comfortable and unlike aqua socks, they leave a lot of your foot open which was what I wanted. They provide a good cushion for water aerobics. The only negative is that the velcro strap is constantly coming undone during class. My fix for that is going to be two hooks and eyes on each shoe just below the velcro fastening and on the end of the strap. That should take care of it.
