Phentermine, Clenbuterol, and Anorectant are the basics for Harder’s weight loss cycles
I found a link to get the free Audiobook for the first 4 sections of this diet pill opus in the book's 'Look Inside' section next to the cover image on the book's main Amazon page – you may need to scroll up to find it. After listening to the first 4 Audio chapters, over two hours long, I went back and I bought the entire book, then read it cover to cover.The book starts off explaining why more of us need to give serious consideration to weight loss drugs. Then Harder discusses two of the most potent, Phentermine and Clenbuterol. He also discussed his preferred over-the-counter weight loss pill Anorectant No.10.After all the basics are covered, the book really hits its stride with the discussions of how you combine the diet pills and use them for a short time to get the best results. Harder calls the time you are taking weight loss pills, 'cycling.'Using Phentermine, Clenbuterol, and Anorectant as the basis for most of the cycles, Harder then explains how to add other diet drugs to the mix and gets specific on how, when, and why to take them together. He also covers dieting and exercise while using one of his diet pill cocktails.Harder explains when a cycle is safer than taking one drug alone (usually because you can take smaller dosages of each individual drug getting superior results, saving money, and experiencing fewer side effects than if you took a higher dosage of a single drug.There's also a wealth of information for people looking to burn fat, but who are not overweight. The cycles for these folks - models, bodybuilders, etc. are much more aggressive and much more ambitious - particularly the cycle involving insulin. But as Harder does with the safer cycles, he also indicates which cycles are riskier and are more likely to lead to trouble if not followed to a T.

I wasn’t fat to begin with, but this book helped me to drop 19.5 lbs. of body fat in under six weeks.
I followed Harder’s basic Anorectant No.10 cycle and did not count calories. I did not use Anorectant with anything else that the book recommends, that I might want to take it with. Here’s what I did, I took 1 capsule/day the first week, 2 capsules per/day the second week, and three per day for weeks 3 to 6. Then I took three weeks off before repeating this pattern. I wasn’t fat to start with, but this book showed me how to drop 19.5 lbs. of body fat in under six weeks, without even trying. The worst part of the protocol was being off it because I missed all the energy and focus that Anorectant gave me. The only negative I can find in the P&C Book (and why I took off one star) is that the abundance of information and the number of options can be overwhelming. Harder explains at least eight different ways to take Anorectant, and that’s just one of the twenty or so drugs that the book covers. For Phentermine and Clen, which I didn’t take, there are dozens of different ways explained to take them. Still, I guess this is a good thing because if using Anorectant in Harder’s least elaborate way was this successful for me, I can’t imagine the fat that could be burned if you followed one of the more exotic protocols. Get a copy of this book and don’t look back.

Some good info but it’s a commercial for a product.
Some really good info in here but the whole book was an add for a supplement called anorectant no. 10. This is a supplement that isn’t proven to work at all.

Not what I expected
I was really looking forward to this book because I thought it was going to share some tips on how to cycle my phentermine and clenbuterol while on my keto diet so I could cut weight and sculpt. But.... this book is mainly an advertisement for an OTC diet pill called, anorectant no.10. It mentions it in almost every paragraph. Obviously a spokesperson for their campaign wrote this book! Lol I’m still giving a good review because there are still some pretty good tips in here and the book arrived on time and the delivery driver actually made sure it was delivered to me personally and got a picture of me holding my package! Thank you amazon! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼❤️❤️❤️

Thanks, but no Spanx!
With my Spanx collection getting out-of-hand I knew it was time to go on a diet. I’m not looking to be a runway model or celebrity thin. I just needed to lose weight and willpower alone wasn’t working. Phentermine and Anorectant No.10 made it easier for me to control myself and for the first time stick to portion control. I crushed the Adipex 37.5 mg tablets and mixed them with distilled water like Mason teaches in the book. Then I followed his Lomaira cycle, using 8 ml of the mixture before breakfast and 4 ml before lunch and dinner like he suggests. For a fraction of the cost or brand Lomaira! The extra pounds melted off. I’m elated! I still love my Spanx, but now I’m comfortable enough to wear their thongs a lot more often and my Spanx Shapeware went to my heavy girlfriend along with a copy of this book. Ha!

Secrets of the fat loss industry blown off!
All my life I’ve been told that good exercise and diet was all you need to get that ripped body that you would see everywhere. Turns out that wasn’t always the case as all these people getting super fast results were using the help of drugs or some other supplement. This book has been very informative and straight forward explaining all the known fat loss pills that actually work and exposing all the fake scams as well. Thanks to all this information I can finally stop wasting money and start doing things right. This book was worth the money.

and I liked that. He talked about composition
Once I started reading this book I couldn't stop. I wanted to know more about the deceptive world of diet pills and fad diets. The information was presented in such a way that you could read the book from cover to cover or use it as a reference for specific supplements and their usage cycles. Mason broke it down in plain language, and I liked that. He talked about composition, results, dosage cycles and stacking, side effects, and even price points of several of the products. I strongly recommend this book to anyone that is interested in a better body and starting each day pumped and full of energy. Great job Mason, I'm more motivated now than ever before after reading your book.

Great book!!
There are over 35 weight loss 'cycles' outlined in the book. Since I read it on Kindle on my iPhone, I was appreciative that the author makes available a free download of all the cycles so I could print them out. There's also a Microsoft Excel file that has the cycles in it that you can download and customize.
