I use this in my home office/art studio. Small, (but not too small). Perfect for my needs: big enough for papers but small enough to not take up too space.I live near border of Santa Monica, near border of West LA. Near two hardware stores. Near a well known chain specializing in household items, esp kitchens, bed, bath and more.NONE of these stores carry a simple, durable, inexpensive, basic trash container. And most employees, if found, can be snotty, aloof, or busy.Bought two different trash containers via Amazon. Let your fingers do the walking.

To some folks maybe this is just a garbage can I guess, but the great thing about it is it fits under the sink even with a garbage disposal and instant hot water tank under there! It is slim enough to fit nicely to one side of the disposal and sturdy enough to hold plenty of non-disposal type trash. It's lightweight and is easy to carry from house to garage for dumping into the larger trash bin.

Perfect dimension to be put under my sink. it is small but it has the right size to keep your trash for at least three days. and I have room for putting another recycling bin in the same spot.Really satisfied with this product. These are great, very sturdy, and hold recyclables and trash.

Good quality sturdy and thick plastic. It's a perfect size (6 gallon) for a small kitchen as it isn't so big that the food starts rotting inside and it smells and it isn't so small you'd have to empty it every day. I purchased 2, one for my room and one for the kitchen. Easy to clean and wipe down.

I bought this product, and because it's difficult to tell if the product is the right size, I had to return it for another item. It's a good bin - it's plastic, very basic so I gave it good durability and sturdiness ratings. However, most if not all the time my returns are managed at no cost, but not this item. Usually I print out the label and drop everything off at UPS. No problem. When I printed out the return label for this item it said "POSTAGE REQUIRED". My advice - unless you're certain your going to keep it, don't order this product from this vendor. (World Trade Plus LLC).Update. I went to the USPS and discovered that the cost of shipping the product back was > $100. Time to make a donation!

Great size to fit under my sink. I think any bigger and it wouldn't fit. I use 4 gallon bags and have to use a twist tie to make it secure. If you used bigger bags you could tie it by hand, but smaller bags are less waste! Works great for 1 person and fits the trash chute.

These are great trash cans...and cheap!!! They are pretty sturdy. I can't believe I could have these shipped to me and they cost less than anything I found in the stores. I purchased two to use for recycling.
