I’ve been taking a taurine supplement (1,000 mg daily) for a few weeks and here’s what I feel: • More energy & mental clarity—without the jitters. I’m more alert during the day and feel calmer at night (after exercise or coffee) . • Better sleep and muscle recovery. Muscle aches and cramps eased noticeably. Sleep quality improved significantly on training days  . • Calmer heart rhythm. A few times, I noticed palpitations eased after taking it—some reviewers report similar effects .
