I like the quality of the box, piano black finish, well done. Motors are very quiet and hard to hear them even standing next to it. I was concerned about the size of the pillows for the watches because my wrist is small. It turned out that it was just perfect. This box has a LED light. It is nice to have it, but it is in the center of the box, facing me. It will much better is the light was located on the top of the box so it can illuminate the watches instead of my face. I already own a watch winder from a different manufacturer. As with the previous one, I'm always surprise how big this boxes really are.Update Dec 2: Less than a month of having it and less than 2 weeks working, the left side stopped working. I noticed that my watches were not keeping time and finally realized that the left bezel was not turning anymore. Very disappointing. I will return the winder.

It was great for a month but then it broke down. It looks great and the quality is pretty high in terms of finishing (although it has a strong smell). It's also very quiet. Unfortunately, the left motor stopped turning after a month of usage. That's just bad, my previous winder lasted 10 years before breaking down and for this to break down after just a month is unacceptable. It seems this is a manufacturing defect because the other reviewers are saying the same thing. I have started a refund request through Amazon as Critiron didn't respond to my support requests.

I have had quite a few watch winders. The LED light drew me in. The overall quality is quite poor as compared to other budget friendly winders. After only a month the motor on one side has stopped turning. Also, the smell of fresh paint/lacquer is very strong.
