I bought these to take instead of pump inhibitors (side effects were horrible) for acid reflux and stomach issues and they are working! Unexpectedly it also is helping with focusing and memory loss due to aging/menopause. Also they have an incredible calming effect. Add an amazing anti-inflammatory. I will be taking these daily forever!!!

I am pretty confident that this is what it says that it is. I’m taking it for the touted health benefits from broccoli sprouts, and while I may never know if I get those health benefits, this truly seems to be from broccoli sprouts. I can tell because I get symptoms that require me to take beano when I take this product and then again several hours later.

I take it everyday because sometimes I forget my veggies.

I have ordered these several times. They smell like broccoli which is reassuring that it its what is says.In Dr. Michael Gregor's book, he says research shows less breast cancer recurrence in estrogen positive breast cancers with broccoli sprouts. I prefer the capsules, much easier, can't hurt.
