Having always taken flax seed oil in my younger days I knew the benefits of it however stopped taking it. I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure and I knew flax was good at naturally bringing it down so reluctantly paid what I believed to be a high price for this product. I tried it and within two weeks my blood pressure is considerably lower so I will definitely be ordering more. While not cheap this product has great health benefits and lasts ages and compared to a take away it represents excellent value for money. This product has clearly been made with love and care (as have the other products this business makes). The nurse told me I would have to take prescription medicine (generic attitude to health problems) which I did not want to do. This product has brought my blood pressure down naturally and in addition I also noticed my hair felt and looked much smoother. Highly recommend this lovely product.

Purchased this for health reasons as part of the Bugwig diet plan which entails it to mixed with cottege cheese or quark. As such larger bottles like this at a fair price were my port of call. I would recommend this flax seed oil as it is tasty and good value if you buy 5 bottlers at a time. Sore them in a cool dark place as much like olive oil it doesn’t care for sunlight hence why these oils come in dark bottles . Enjoy

I use flaxseed oils for years. Normally they taste ok but this one had absolutely horrible flavour.

Excellent flaxseed oil because it’s in a glass bottle, organic and cold pressed. It has many health benefits and I always have a bottle at home. Every home should have one.
