Poor design
This is one of the worst designs I have seen. Plus it seems that the person that put the package together just threw in whatever screws they thought would work. Some of the screws were to short not to mention some items were missing. The design is poorly thought of and almost impossible to put together with two hands. very disappointed.

Missing parts that cost $40 to replace
The miss5 parts cost $40 to replace, and qwinout will not replace the missing pieces. After more the a week of back and forth. I cannot rate this low enough

Either the proposed main screws were too short or items were missing
The pieces of the product are nice quality carbon fiber. The problem was the screw that was supposed to go through the frame, as indicated in the attached images, was too short. I checked all of the hardware many times and these were absolutely the longest screws of this type included in the order. I contacted customer service and they told me I was wrong (but I guarantee I was not wrong). They did not offer to send the new screws which would have been less than a dollar I'm sure. Their message to me is as follows:"Hello, product department replied that, the screws are right, you mentioned place is use another type screw, details pls check attached picture."I had to order the following screws:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N3UXYJ6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Nice frame. Instructions lack detail.
I wouldn’t recommend this build for someone who has never done one before. With that being said I think that this model lacks any kind of detailed instructions. There are a few decent YouTube videos that explain it much better. Overall I would say this is a nice frame. Quality of the parts seems to be good. But quality of the build will depend on the person.

Missing parts
Had a few missing parts that I found out more than halfway through the assembly. Other than that it’s a good one
