Best compact I have ever found, been using them for years. It's like a foundation and powder in one, that is easy to apply and looks good. This is a very trustworthy foundation compact. It might be pricier when compared to other things on the market, but it is definitely worth the investment. It is very smooth and spreads out evenly, without being blotchy and it lasts quite a while (at least 4 hours, was what I noticed for me). You can use this one with or without a liquid foundation and they interact just fine on the skin. Sometimes I want to let my skin breathe and only use the compact and it does a great job on its own!It's in a very pretty case and is so light that you can always find space for it in your purses. I use the natural shade, since the sand one is just a bit too dark fro me during this season. Normally I switch to the sand shade during summer when I get really tanned.It is very matte and covers any bits of skin that have a shiny tendency, so it blots them out neatly.I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have the best quality products to rely on at all times.

I have tried Max Factor foundations in the past, mainly liquid & cream varieties, but this excels them all. It gives a fantastic full coverage, but is extremely natural.It is as easy to apply as a cream but like a mineral powder, the beauty being it is not messy to apply like most mineral foundations. I find on me (I don't have any major issues with regards to dry / oily patches) I have to touch up after 6 hours, so its not an all day foundation, but with the handy compact in my bag and good sized mirror inside it, its very quick and easy. Good quality sponge included, I've been using the same compact for over a month and I would guess I have another month, so for the price it is excellent, I've paid over £30 for foundations that don't match up to this. Well worth trying this, just a pity its no longer on Amazon's subscribe and save plan, but still great value.

A good foundation at an affordable price. The coverage is good and it stays on all day and doesn't transfer on all your clothing. It is not dry and chalky like many are. I would have preferred it to be a bit more creamier. The compact is very expensive looking and well made with a good size mirror and vent holes for the sponge so that it can breath and you won't end up with as spotty face. I wish I had found this years ago. I have paid a lot more for rubbish that blew all over my clothes, streaked and made me look like a burnt clown.

I have mixed feelings towards this product.I have used it for well over 10 years and it is an absolute staple piece in my make up. Leaves your face looking really well covered, even if you’re wanting a day of looking like you have no make-up, it could be good just to put over infections and it’s definitely buildable.My only issue is the last handful of times I’ve bought this item -I love the powder but it breaks really easily and once it breaks it spills absolutely everywhere and has to go in the bin.

I now use this product regularly and really love it. Sometimes I need to put moisturiser on first if my skin is feeling dry. If you have dry skin I would recommend moisturising before applying this, if you have more greasy skin than this would definitely help and give good coverage. The powder foundation gives really good coverage of blemishes or broken veins but also feels lovely and light on my skin. The slim compact fits easily into my handbag and its great as a touch up when I'm out, or just to take the shine off my skin. I highly recommend this foundation compact.

This is my favourite powder foundation. If I can, I will order from Amazon again as it’s not easy to find. I have fine lines and some wrinkles and it doesn’t cake or highlight the lines like some do. Great for people who don’t have much time to spend on makeup and you can easily top up again in the evening. Having a sponge applicator makes it very easy to apply and you can also use a foundation brush if you prefer.

Of all the powder and mineral foundations I’ve tried over the years, this one gives the most coverage and the nicest appearance to the skin. As others have said that the Ivory shade is a bit dark, I opted for Porcelain as I have very pale skin - I have never found a good colour match in foundation until finding this!! If you are very pale like me, I would say this is the best shade for you, it will give you a radiant, sun-kissed look which is perfect for the summer months. Here’s a tip: If you have very dry skin or are over a certain age, use an intense moisturiser before you apply this or it will most likely look powdery and settle into all your lines and wrinkles - Baobab oil solves this problem for me!!
