I don't typically write reviews unless an item either greatly falls below or exceeds my expectations. This case was certainly the latter, because this phone mount works amazingly. First and foremost, it does not use an abrasive tape that leaves residue upon removal. I have taken the holder on and off my dash dozens of times now and it leaves no indication it was ever there. Moreover, the holder stays precisely where you place it on your dash - it is very secure once you've suctioned it to your desired location. It is also versatile enough to hold some of the smallest and largest phones on the market today. My work phone shown in my photo is an iPhone SE 3 without a case. The phone I took this photo with is my personal iPhone 16 Pro Max with a thin case. The holder holds both phones perfectly and neither have fallen out during hard cornering or accelerating. I have a sporty 2-door coupe with a proper manual transmission and lots of on/off-ramps on my commute. I am a spirited driver, yet neither phone has even budged once its placed in the holder. It's a perfect product and works 100% as advertised. I can't recommend it enough - 10/10.

So far, so good. It's only been a week or two, but the new Summer heat hasn't yet been a problem. The mount stays in place and adequately holds my phone steady. It only holds it horizontally--which I was aware of before purchasing--but it's something to take note of if considering this product. It should also be considered that this mount mostly only finds space and positioning on the upper dashboard of most vehicles. This means that the phone sits in the sunlight. This presents two issues: 1) The phone heats up quickly and can lead to charging being paused, and 2) The being in the sun means no shadow across the screen to block out any glares (and there are certainly glares), which cause the phone screen to be difficult to read. Overall though, the product serves its purpose and does not block driver's view of the road or potential hazards.

This cellphone holder works pretty good, holding my phone well even through fast corners and sporting driving and it stays on the dash good, too! It's nice to not have to rely on those frustrating suction cups! The top swing arm holds phone to bottom, and underneath the unit is some kind of silicone gell type stuff that keeps the whole thing from moving around on your dashboard too much. Only drawback is that is REALLY bad to pinch the fingers of the hand in back while you open jaws to insert/remove phone in front! It has mechanical leverage over your fingers, and pinches them quite badly! So, if you're willing to be more careful than me, get it!

Ordered this to use for an upcoming 800+ drive in an unfamiliar vehicle, so that I could use my smart phone as hands-free GPS that wouldn't fall down, slip off the dash, etc. The unit arrived quickly, packaged very well. The hinge is strong without being unwieldy and there are multiple positions/widths cut into the rubber grip to support different phone models. There is built-in "sticky" rubber on the bottom that comes protected by peel-off film, as well as an additional 3M double-sided sticky pad that is optional. We only used the built-in sticky pad to attach to the dashboard which had a slight slope. The unit never budged and the grip was strong enough to stay in place even when manipulating the gripping hinge. Even though the unit stays put, nice and snug, it was easy to remove by prying it loose, at which point you can either put it back (I had to reposition it slightly, since it does not pivot) or you can recover the sticky pad with the protective film or some saran wrap to keep it clean. There was no mark visible on the dash when we removed it the first time, although only time will tell if it leaves a mark after being in place for several months vs several days. I'm very pleased with this product. I'm leaving it in place against future need-- when not in use it automatically folds flat and is unobtrusive.

So this product works great for a while, but eventually the rubber piece on the top part that is needed to actually hold your phone in will come off, and it is no longer usable. I've bought this product more than once and it happens each time. One of the times I was able to use Gorilla Glue to reattach it and it mostly fixed it. The next time (had to buy again because I forgot to remove it from my old car) it had the same issue after only a few months, and this time it didn't go back on well after trying to glue it... so now I'm just going to try a different brand. Another thing to note is the base is VERY large which makes it difficult to place on the dash unless your car has no bumps or angles, which unfortunately my new car does. Not really worth the money since it breaks down so quickly.

The 2 sided tape included was not enough to stick to my dashboard but adding more accross the whole bottom, it works great. Love this phone holder works great now.

This is very simple and easy to set up. It fits perfect on my small 13 yr old car dash. Easy to put phone in and the phone stays put.

Simple à installer, adhère bien dans le temps et livré avec un adhésif complémentaire. Convient parfaitement sur une surface plane, hyper simple à utiliser sauf si vous avez une coque type portefeuille. Très discret lorsqu'il n'y a pas de téléphone installé, et ne gène pas la vue contrairement aux supports à fixer au pare-brise

Die Qualität und die Haltbarkeit hat mich bereits überzeugt. Liegt stabil und rutschsicher auf den Ar Armaturenbrett. Das Handy lässt sich aber nur quer einlegen - das wusste ich aber schon vor den Kauf. Wichtig ist darauf zu achten das man auch den Platz in Auto hat. Die Halterung bzw. das Patt sollten schon ganz aufliegen damit dies auch nicht verrutschen kann. Würde es auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen ...

really good phone holder even with a flip case. a little large so need a fair size dash. holds well and good adhesion.
