Q: Does it come with all blades?

everything but the sawzaw had blades

Q: Is the impact driver strong enough to take off lug nuts from a tire?

1/4 in. impacts are not designed for that. They lack the power.

Q: Can the saw cut a solid door

Not sure about your door I have no problem with 2x4 at all. It has cut everything that I have needed. Two small for a 4x4 in one pass however I have cut plenty. Don’t force it let the saw work. I have had mine over a year and have been doing remodeling of my home with no problems.
