Fantastic Pan.
Never had a good experience with Stainless steel cookware in the past. Decided to try one out for camping trips anyway. Watching "how to videos..." I did the 'water drop mercury test' Where you heat pan up and drop a water drop into pan. If it balls up and rolls around like mercury, it's ready to cook in. Upon arrival I cleaned the pan with hot water and mild soap. Whipped up 3 eggs and went for it. Heats up quickly and at first the water drop splashed up sides. Turned down heat and did it again and drop rolled around. Added some oil and waited for temp adjustment to the pan. Poured the whipped eggs in and just let them cook. A little encouragement with spatula and the omelette was easy to fold over and slid onto the plate without any drama. The only area with a bit of stuck eggs was along the sides of pan. Easy clean up. Honestly, this pan changed my mind about Stainless Steel cookware and will be looking to buy more.

Quality
Although I've only used it a few times so far I can tell that it is a quality pan. The handle is sturdy and the locking mechanism works well. The bottom is double layered and distributes heat pretty well. I haven't burned anything in it yet but it is easy to clean. It is a perfect size pan for camping with 2 too 4 people or more, but you would need to cook have to cook in batches. It does come with a lid which is very nice but it does throw off stacking with other pans. On two occasions I used the lid as a lid and then a plate! So maybe I'll just pack the lid separately!

Great Pan that will do the job
Its been on a couple of my trips so far and i have ran into no issues. The pan is light and for the money, im convinced you cant get better.

Nice, sturdy skillet
Beautiful, shiny-bright, heavy skillet. Haven't yet cooked on it, but it should be great for frying on a stove or over a bed of good, hot coals (Not ON the coals!). It needs to be seasoned first on an indoor stove with cooking oil to be less likely to stick. It's so pretty I hate to use it-can see my reflection in it! It may be a little over-priced for what it is, but it should outlast my camping days (I'm pushing 67), maybe beyond. I plan to use it instead of my cherished black iron skillets. I dinged it 1 star primarily because it isn't made in the US or another free country. It should prove a worthy companion to the Solo stove bush pot (1800ml). I suppose there's no such thing as perfection, but I'd buy again.

Perfect for camping!
Love the folding handle, the lid, and the weight (it's thick which reflects it's quality). Also, I didn't "season" it as other reviewers did. I just coated the pan with olive before cooking on my butane camp stove and nothing stuck. Easy cleanup!

Replaces my MSR fry pan
I needed a replacement for the fry pan in my nesting MSR cook set. The Pathfinder is a perfect fit with a handle that folds below the pan allowing the rest of the pots to nest into the fry pan. This is the third fry pan i have purchased, i sent first two back because the handles did not fold under the pan and had to be stored separately making them incompatible with the cook set. The order arrived quickly, and the product is of nice quality. if you have a backpacking MSR nesting cook set with a warped fry pan this is a good replacement......

Durable
I've been traveling since 2020 and I've used and owned 2 of these and I love them. Easy to clean small and compact with the handle! Lids serve as a utensil hold as well as a lid! Overall great product and will continue using them. I've traveled all over from Canada to the swamps of Louisiana using these pots and they will last.

Great little pan to take camping.
Just what I needed to add to my camp cooking supply. And stainless is the BEST.
