I like this product a lot. Price, quality and design are very good. I thought it would be the perfect solution. The problem I am having is not the product, its my dog, he is defective. See picture.

A kitten, that I rescued, was constantly tipping over her water bowl. Each day I would come home to a puddle of water on the floor. Sometimes I would give her fresh water and within minutes she had successfully tipped the bowl over. However, because of this product, we are now spill free. She still puts her paws in the water but she can't tip the bowl due to how the mat is designed. I elected for the larger bowl just in case her whiskers touching the sides of a smaller bowl is/was the reason she was tipping her bowl over in the first place.Overall one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon.

Finally, a no-spill anti-slip bowl that works. My 10 y.o. cat suddenly became obsessed with all the pet water bowls in the house. She wasn’t happy until she went around the house rocking, flipping, relocating and spilling all of the three water bowls in the kitchen and den. The two small dogs are gated in the kitchen and den when everyone’s at work, but the cat has freedom to sail over all the gates and go wherever she wants (Cats 101)......leaving the dogs with empty water dishes. These bowls are perfect. They fit into the silicone mold so perfectly that she’s given up even trying to pry them loose. I fill them both with water and everyone’s happy. It’s so easy to clean and it’s all one piece so even if water spills a little it collects in the tray which has a lip so nothing spills on the floor. I do keep a water bowl in the small bathroom which has a shower stall so the cat can still satisfy her water obsession and make all the mess she wants. This product is well made and does what it says. Arrived quickly, well packaged. Great purchase!

We have two cats. One of whom likes to play with his water bowl and slop water all over the floor. His eating habits are also questionable as he gets more dry food outside of the bowl than in him. This hasn't improved his eating habits, however clean up is much easier than before!.

We got this for our cat because she had an issue with her bowls. She would slide them across the floor and would sometimes find them under our chairs or sofa. She has to see her water moving before she drinks and would sometimes tip her bowl. We got these holders and no more water on our wood floors and she cant slide these combined. She now stands on the edge of her bowl for a second or two until she see's the water move but it doesn't spill any where.

I moved into a new house and wanted the cat feeding area to look nice and work well with the animals in the kitchen. After much searching I found these bowls. I got two sets. One small for the cat food and a larger one for the dry food and water. First of all they look attractive. They are made of high quality rubbery stuff with a "spill proof" design. There is a small "lip" at the edges that keeps the food and water off the floor. One of my cats likes to drink with her paw and always spills water all over the place. This is now contained by the design and I don't have that problem anymore. I am extremely happy with this purchase. It looks good in the dining area and it is easy to feed and clean. That was exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend these bowl sets.

This combination of mat and bowl help a lot. It keeps my cats from knocking their water bowls over in the night. We used to have the upright water tower and every night around 3 to 4 am I would wake up to the cat pawing at the bottle. I'd get up and sure enough water was spilled everything. Repeat that 5 days a week and I could not sleep at all. Came to Amazon and sure enough found something that looked perfect. It really works great. I think the only thing which is not the designers fault is when cats paw at it, its easy to get droplets outside of the bowl but that is based on the cats behavior on drinking water. I would recommend this to anyone having trouble with water getting knocked over or spilled.
