This rug pad is exceptional value for the product. The quality and ease of handling it makes for a great buy. The size is on the generous end as I only had to cut 4 inches total all around to fit under my rug. The rubber backing really allows the rug to adhere to my wood flooring. This will be a definite repurchase in the future.

This item was very nice. I used it for cushioning under my living room rug. I was afraid it was going to come all folded up and be wrinkled, but it came rolled up in a tall box and there was literally no wrinkles. I just rolled it out and it was completely flat. I was putting it under an 8 x 10 rug. I did have to cut it a little bit so that it didn’t show, but that was relatively easy to do. It stays in place firmly and doesn’t shift with the rug. It is more cushioning than I thought it would be. It was worth the price.

This is a very well made felt rug pad. It is soft and plush. It has a rubber backing and my rug does not slide on my hardwood floor. I got the 1/4" thick felt pad and it was plenty thick for my rug. I highly recommend it.

This foam rug pad is exactly what I was looking for to add some cushioning to my living room area rug. The rug I have is pretty thin, so walking on my hardwood floors all the time was uncomfortable and hurting my knees; this foam rug pad is thick, cushiony, and provides the support I needed to comfortably walk on my rug and even lay down on it without straining my feet/knees! The quality is great. I removed a star because I wish it had some adhesive to stick to my rug instead of just laying flat on top of it- sometimes my rug shifts on top of the foam pad, and I have to adjust it back into place. To fix this issue, you can get some carpet/rug tape to put on the corners of your rug to stick it in place. Otherwise, I would've rated it 5 stars. The size of the foam pad was accurate to the size of my rug and it didn't smell bad or have an odor when it arrived like some other reviews have mentioned. I'm happy with my purchase!

No aroma or smell as others have atested to. Purchased the 3/8" thick pad. Works perfect. Rug no longer slides and bunches up. The rug is an odd size. Purchased a larger pad. And cut to fit. Used kitchen scissors to do the cuts. Worth every penny.

Love this 10x14 rugpad...took 6 days to arrive which seemed long since I am spoiled by Prime...slight plastic smell upon opening but I'd been waiting for it to arrive so I could put my new 10x14 Hazo house rug down and already moved the furniture. The quarter inch pad is perfect for our super thin washable rug and when I went into the living room the morning after we put it down, I did not notice any smell. I did have to trim about 2 inches off the long side so it would t show under the new rug. So far so good.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have bought this brand a few times, and it is superior in quality, comfort under foot, and slip resistance. A littlemore expensive but lasts, so worth the price.

Thick, stays in place and was true to size. Very pleased.
