Q: Can you adjust the airflow easley with triger pressure?

On mine you can't adjust air pressure with the amount you pull the trigger. It's either all the way on or all the way off - which I don't like at all.

Q: Does it work with batteries?

It's completely mechanical. You need to attach it to an air compressor.

Q: can you find a blower with 30 psi max out put at the tip

Q: what are the threads on the tip? NPT?

The tip is not readily removable: I just tried. Based on the precise fit of tip to body I'd say it's likely a machine thread, not tapered pipe thread.
