Great cat bowl, the perfect size, not too deep. I wanted a ceramic bowl as metal and plastic bowls can affect the taste of the food and I heard cats prefer them and they are better for them. This was quite cheap (price-wise) but the quality seems good, I've had it ages and no chips or cracks. I would buy again if I break it!

These are the perfect size and depth for feeding hedgehogs in the garden. Other dishes advertised specifically for hedgehogs were made of plastic and therefore too light. These ceramic dishes were well packaged individually in bubble wrap and I found the sticky labels very easy to remove. They have already been used and approved (no tipping over) by my spikey night time guests. Great price at £4 each, thumbs up all round.

1st one unfortunately cracked in transport but received a super quick replacement from amazon the following day which was great. Love these bowls so much, heavy enough so that the cat doesn't nudge it across the floor as she's eating, easy to clean and shallow so it doesn't bother her whiskers. They're so cute too, I recommend

Nice bowl although very shallow

I really like this Mason Cash cat saucer bowl. It's quite shallow so my cats whiskers don't touch the side of the bowl as they're eating which is good as apparently this can be quite uncomfortable for cats. At the same time, at 13cm wide it easily holds a full pouch of food (that's a full 85g pouch in the bowl in the photo) it would also be suitable for a small breed dog such as a chihuahua or teacup yorkie. It's well made, has a lovely smooth finish to it and it's heavy enough that it doesn't slide around when the cats are eating, even on my tiled floor and despite one of my cats over enthusiastic approach to mealtimes (he eats like he's never seen food before) I also quite like the pawprint design that goes around the bowl. It cleans really easily and you can put it in the dishwasher too if you prefer. According to the label it's also microwave safe if for any reason you need to heat up your pets food. I would happily buy these bowls again in the future..
