I was having acute pain in my left knee and could not bend the knee even an inch. Walking and stair climbing was almost totally restricted. I recollected the promotional ads of manufacturers and decided why not try this ayurvedic drug instead of allopathic anti inflammatory pills. As was suggested in the instructions for user, i took this pankajakasthuri ortho herb tablets, two twice a day for 15 days. Relief was palpable. I continued with one tablet twice a day for next10 days and the knee pain totally disappeared and i resumed my normal exercises and treadmill as before. The efficacy of the drug is marvelous. Mind you, i tried this by chance. I request the manufacturers to keep up their rigorous efforts in research and development continuously to constantly upgrade efficacy of products.
