Overcome Fears & Phobias

Excellent
Good meditation tool and really helps getting to grips with phobias and deep seated fears. Really helpful to work with bringing inner healing personally. If you don't have somewhere near to go then working with this may help you. Specially if your doing pThwork working on shadow self

Great for OCD
Having suffered from severe, chronic OCD for well over 30 years, and trying all sorts of avenues to free myself of it, this has been emmensely helpful. I find an immediate release upon listening, and a long lasting effect going forward. I highly recommend this.

Glenn Harrold excellent at sending you to hypnotic sleepy state
I have several of his CDs. Some seem to have worked on me. This one, I'm not so sure - but you definitely feel more confident in yourself after listening a few times.

self hypnosis
I find his style to be just "too much". sound a bit un-natural. But, I think it might be working for me, so I wont complain

A must have for anyone with a phobia or fear!
I bought this CD a few years ago when I was waiting for an appointment for an MRI, I'd had 2 before which had both triggered my claustrophobia and left me a trembling wreck for hours afterwards, not to mention taken up valuable time for the nurses trying to get me in the machine so when my 3rd MRI was due I listened to this CD, only twice because my appointment came through much quicker than anticipated. On the day I was calm, however on the previous ones it was when I saw the machine that I started to freak out so I was a bit nervous about that part. I shouldn't have worried, I went in first time with no near panic attack behaviour, found myself smiling throughout and felt completely at ease the whole time. I was thrilled.Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago and I needed an endoscopy which didn't worry me until someone told me I'd be gagging and fighting for breath throughout so rather than chance freaking out on the day I listened to the CD again and imagine it going smoothly. On the day no nerves at all not even when I saw the equipment. I didn't gag once as the scope went down my throat and I was calm and relaxed (and breathing fine) all the way through which made it easier for me and the hospital staff. So it works, for a phobia like my first time and a fear as in my second.
