Great game, poor card quality

We love this game and play multiple times a week.The game gets 5 stars but the card quality is poor. Instead of using a playing card stock, they laminate 2 thin sheets that de-laminate over time.We have to buy a new set every so often.I have nice playing cards that are 50 years old.
