A gift for my daughter. She doesn't usually like princessy things, but she loves Sofia the First. It's a cute story that thankfully is short enough that after you've read it to your daughter 4000 times, you'll still be able to plow through to the end for the 4001 time.

Ironically, my family watched this episode of Sofia the First again today for the 100th time. To say that my daughter is obsessed with Sofia would be like saying a flower needs sunlight to grow. Disney Junior is something of high value in our household and we love anything with high moral standards that we can get our hands on."The Missing Necklace" is a tale about a small Griffin that has broken lose in the castle, reeking havoc and stealing jewels. This little fellow is supposed to be in the Jewel Room at all times, for he is the keeper of the jewels due to his obsession with sparkly things; however, he does escape and no one knows about it- thus everyone believes there is a thief on the loose in the kingdom.

英語が簡潔で分かりやすく、読みやすいです。同じ出版社のシリーズでpre-1の本を購入しましたが、こちらのLEVEL1の方がストーリーがあるので小さい子どもの読み聞かせにはいいと思います。3歳の娘もお気に入りです。
