it's ok, build quality is cheap but it does it's job at charging
Product bulged a bit and the casing separated a bit. The material and construction needs some improvement because it feels cheap and not well constructed. The button to turn on the light and see the status is has also broke. It does still hold it's charge and can still charge up my devices. (side note, the defects emerged from normal use, and not abuse. I don't travel with it or throw it around recklessly).

Great unless you have pop sockets...
This product is a great charger! I love the display to let you know what percentage of charging is left. My only problem with the charger is that even if you have a flat pop socket (which I even have positioned at the very top next to the camera lens) it won’t allow the phone to charge using this charger. The “connection” isn’t strong enough so I gave this to my daughter and use my original charger that doesn’t have any issue charging it. Both of my kids each have one of these and love them.

Not 10000mAh as advertise.
This product is not 10000mAh as advertise, I bought 2 of them for me and my wife to go on a 1 day trip hoping it would charge our phone at least 2 to 3 times. We were very disappointed in this product it went from 100% to 0% on 1 charge. Would not recommended.

Great if you like value and convenience.
I really like it. Comes in handy all the time.* Make sure you know where your wireless contact is on your phone. so you don't end up having to balance your phone on this thing.It's not a apple enginered product, so I don't really understand the complaints about the build quality for the price.
