Been using this for a while and have not felt compelled to leave a review but now that this is my 2nd. bottle and I have had a chance to compare it to many other products I have used, this leave in conditioner is truly a 5 star cream. I have super curly dry frizzy hair, this leave in leaves my hair hydrated, moisturized and defines my curls. Absolute perfection does not exist as everyone's definition of that is different. Out of all that I have used in the past, this is the best for my hair, it does all that it says it does. The smell is nice, can be strong for some but fades away after a while. Do not let that be a deterrent since all the other benefits outweigh the strong perfume. I definitely recommend

I don’t typically leave reviews but since I’m here buying another bottle I figured I should! This stuff is amazing and despite the price going up from around $7 a bottle a few years ago to $12 not I can’t stop buying it. I originally bought it for one of my daughters who has white girl texture hair but tight spiral curls. We put it in her hair after her nighttime showers and when we brush it the next day it’s smooth as butter little to no tangles. The whole family started using this product with all of us having a different hair type. Our hair is growing, strong, and healthy. Not sure on the ingredients. We do typically look for clean ingredients but this is one product I’m not willing to give up even if they aren’t super clean.

Its an okay leave in. Would not be my first choice since it does take some time to absorb and has a strong lemon fragrance. It is moisturizing and is a light cream.I have high porosity and thick type 4 hair. I use only a little bit of this as a mid week moisturizer and my hair stays moisturizes after I seal it. It is not very thick or runny. I do dislike how strong the scent is and it mixes with other hair products scents too. The scent does fades away though. I believe this is could be light for someone with primarily coarse hair strands but could work well for fine/medium hair strands if used as a stand alone moisturizer. Overall, it is an okay leave in. It is not extraordinary, works fine for my type of hair, but I would not recommend this to anyone who dislikes strong scented hair products.

As I have gotten gray hair now I was having trouble with it looking frizzy all the time. I saw a small bag of this one day while shopping and bought it thinking well let’s just see if this will help my frizzy witchy poo hair. It’s the best stuff ever!! My hair looks great! Not wiry or frizzy at all just smooth and manageable. It doesn’t smell good at all but it works!!

I love this product. I have lots of hair, but its very fine, and I feel this product adds a bit of weight to my hair after using. I put it in right out of the shower when my hair is wet. I let it entirely dry; it sort of turns to a hard crust, helmet shell type hair...then I brush it out. I also feel that with this product in my hair, i don't really need as much other styling product. Its got a good peppermint smell initially....but once it dries and you brush your hair, the smell fades. Some may find it makes your hair a little bit greasy looking, so if your hair is already very oily, this product you may not like.

It's not as minty as I would like, but It moisturizes my 4c hair and gives it a subtle shine - gets the job done!

I was kind of disappointed with the smell as I was expecting it to smell authentically like peppermint oil it had hints of it but also not at the same time. The scent really through me off because it wanted a specific product that was label as peppermint but I felt I didn't get that. The product is decent as a leave-in the consistence is pretty thick so it more like a cream then a more water based. I don't think its worth the price though.
