The Inov-8 F-Lite 230 Running Shoe is a lightweight racing shoe intended for roads and hard-packed trails. Made with lightweight and breathable synthetic mesh and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) fabric that allows your feet to stay cool and keep your toes blister-free. The sole is comprised of sticky rubber outsole which optimizes grip in wet conditions and over steep, slick terrain. The 3mm heel-to-forefoot offset keeps your foot low and close to the ground for a more natural foot strike and roll. The Double Arrow Shoc-Zone midsole uses the right amount of foam padding to cushion your steps and allows you to finish those long strides to the finish line. FasciaBand reinforces the plantar fascia ligament to increase efficiency and reduce fatigue. The TPU lacing system offers a more even support throughout the foot. Meta-Flex groove on the outsole is aligned with the metatarsal so that natural forefoot flex is not hindered.
