I can’t remember the exact amount of grams but it was enough for 2 regular cups or one huge big mug.

Yes, the booklet is written bilingual german/english.

Q: Is there a version for a cafetiere?

Dear Customer, Thanks for your question. You should be able to use the version with ground coffee. The coffee is at a medium coarseness, but you should be able to use it just fine by experimenting with the brewing time to achieve that typical full bodied flavour. Q: How fine is the grounded coffee grinded? is it good for aeropress or espresso machine?

It’s quite coarse. I used it for a filter coffee machine and in my opinion it’s too coarse for an espresso machine.
