I love to cook. I do. This delightful whisk (of which I now own several) is my new best friend! Why?It works well. It is all fun and games with the typical balloon whisk until you try to make a perfect hollandaise sauce in your saucepan, right? Use them to whip the heck out of some egg whites in a copper bowl, terrific, use them in your saucepan and ...well, there may be swearing...just saying.This darling is your hero for hollandaise and much more! It sneaks into those little edges, it whisks like a rockstar, and then (wait for it) is EASY TO CLEAN!Okay, I can clean anything, so that is second to cooking, but what a great addition, right? YAY!

I accidentally ordered an 8 inch whisk, which is a good quality but too small for what I wanted. Seemed like it was durable.

I actually bought this whisk for taking snowballs off of my Goldendoodle's legs! It's the perfect size and it's not flimsy, so it doesn't bend. Works great! (It would also be an excellent cooking tool 😂)
