I'm very happy with this purchase, I recently bought a rolling knife sharpener which makes sharpening knives really easy to do as the magnetic blocks holds the knife at the perfect angle with the choice of 20 or 15 degrees and then you grind both sides till its mirror sharp, but then though my knives were really sharp I wanted better knives - so I bought this set of 3 german steel knives, they have a good rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 57 - japanese folded steel knives have the highest rating at 62 and keep their sharp edge for longer but these at 57 arent far off and the edge is advertised as 15 degrees so I know which angle to use when they do need sharpening which won't be for quite awhile, after using the chefs knife first time - when I cleaned the sharp edge it went straight through the washing up sponge as you can see by the picture - these are ultra sharp so be careful but look into getting a rolling knife sharpener too, there are cheaper ones out there and mine only cost £40, these knives are very well made and a joy to own making cooking much easier and slicing things like a swede a breeze (work smart not hard😉)

Really solid knife set! All three knives are extremely sharp and feel well-balanced in hand. They handle everyday kitchen tasks with ease and look great too. Just note that they need regular honing, and the handles can be a bit slippery when wet. Still, excellent quality for the price!

Ok, I am sure you want to know how good they are ! Well, they are very very sharp, quality is great, they are strong and I doubt you can ever break them no matter how much you try. They are professional knives not toys. Absolutely perfect if you are a chef or if you want to make a gift for a chef. The box suggests premium quality as well. Be careful with them, they are amazing, but they are not toys. Would I recommend them ? YES, buy them, absolutely! But be careful, don't be silly, they are not toys.

Nada mas abrirlos ya se ve que son cuchillos de calidad. Para empezar vienen en un estuche muy estético y muy bien empaquetados. Los cuchillos están fabricados de una sola pieza y tienen muy buena pinta en materiales y acabados. Tras varios días de uso, corroboro sensaciones. Muy buenos cuchillos, están muy afilados y cortan a la perfección. Corto muy fácil alimentos que antes me costaba mucho mas cortar. Además con los 3 tamaños que vienen, son muy versátiles para poder realizar cortes según el tipo de alimento. Me da la sensación que con estos tres cuchillos tengo para mucho tiempo en mi cocina, un pack muy recomendable por su calidad y precio contenido.

Son muy bellos se ven de buena calidad, muy buen filo, los tengo hace dos meses y no pierden el filo, obviamente ningún cuchillo se debe meter al lavavajillas ni lavar con agua muy caliente porque daña el mango y el filo, yo mantengo los cuidados de uso y están perfectos.
