Imperia Pasta Machine Attachment, 12 mm Diameter Reginette

Since I have the other Imperia Pasta Machine cutters I thought I would add this one as well. It works great.

This attachment makes 9 noodles about 1/2" wide. If you want wider lasagna type noodles please order the 44mm wide design. That one makes 3 noodles about 1-3/4" wide with the same feathery edges.

Il n’est pas conforme à la description je désirais des papardelle donc trois bandes comme décrit et j’en ai 8 donc pâtes moins large très déçue

Very, very good, very happy with it!Not buying fresh pasta again!If the pasta is the right consistency and not too soft, you really can't go wrong!If your pasta is too soft and breaks when you roll it, don't knead it again, just sift some flour on one side, fold the dough, and roll it again. Repeat until the dough doesn't break any more.Recommend to anyone who likes fresh pasta, takes no more than half and hour to knead, roll and cut the pasta, then all you have to do is let it dry for a bit, and then boil for a few minutes in salted water.You can't go wrong!

La pasta non si taglia:le rotelle sono di platica per cui le reginette bisogna dividerle a mano; non è per niente pratica.

Works very well and easily. Quick and easy; each strip has two novel feathery edges which helps the sauce to stick.
