Maybelline New York Snapscara Washable Mascara, Black Cherry, Pack of 1

I bought this from a discount store when I was on vacation when I left my regular mascara in the hotel and this was all they had. What a happy accident! In the past I've always shied away from waterproof because it was impossible to get off. The greatest thing about this mascara is no dark circles under your eyes. It wears all day, doesn't flake, lengthens your lashes fully on two applications, if I don't remember to use a makeup cloth before bed, I get up and it's still on! And I don't look like Alice Cooper and terrify myself looking in the mirror! Then, when I get in the shower it washes off without a trace.I love this stuff so much that I'm terrified that they're going to stop making it.I'm torn between buy this right now and make it popular so that they'll keep making it and no, don't buy it so that there's more for me!Seriously. This exact thing right here is good stuff.

I give the product 5 stars because it applies nicely with little clumping; however, I bought the black cherry shade hoping for a maroon tint, but the color is simply black. Just pointing this out to anyone who is questioning the color—it’s black.

I don’t like using mascara mainly because it’s a pain to take off, leaves residue behind. This comes off easily with warm water on a face cloth. Amazing! I chose black cherry just because it was less expensive in case I didn’t like it. It looks dark with no red at all so forget the cherry part. If anything it’s just less black which I like, not so dark. It takes a few coats to get some extra length, I curled my lashes before, happy with the results. Take your time, it will clump if you rush. Worth trying, I am very pleased overall.

I don't know if I just got a bad/expired tube or not but when I got it, it looked like colors were separating so I tried to stir it a little. That didn't work. Also it is so dry it won't even get on my lashes it just flakes. Very disappointing.

I had high hopes for this mascara, but it's just okay. The applicator is fine and the color does enhance green eyes very slightly, but the formula is pretty clumpy and makes lashes stick together. After about 2 hours of wear, there were a few flakes, but not too bad. So, overall, it's alright if you're looking for a cheaper mascara and don't mind using a eyelash brush to mitigate some of the clumps.

This mascara has all the qualities that have made Great Lash the go-to mascara for models, celebrities, and women everywhere...but..This Black Cherry color is MAGIC.Brown mascara can look dull, if you can even find it.Black mascara with light hair can look caterpillarish, ageing and fake.If you want a look that is both hip and non-harsh, if you have brown, mahogany, auburn, red, or violet tones in your hair, grab this mascara while the getting is good.I have a fistfull of expensive mascara buying mistakes...keeping them around doesn't really undo the waste of money...so, I'm going to liberate some drawer space and put this mascara there instead.Application is smooth, with a good brush. The tube is squared off, no rolling off the edge of your staging area.Maybelline, please don't take this color away...promote it and include it in your other mascara lines!There's a huge hole in the marketplace for this color and it uniquely fills a need that is out there right now.

I cannot wear most mascaras without a sensitivity reaction and red eyes. This works. My lashes are not lush but they appear darker and longer with no reaction.

Flakes like crazy , I love the color but it seems to fade with the dry time which sucks . If they could make this color in a better formula it would win. I’m bummed
