How does it happen when a product is "Best Seller" but only has 11 reviews? Is this an updated model?

Number of reviews is seldom a reflection on how many units of a product are purchased, but on the number of people that felt like posting reviews. Several members of a group I'm in use these, often several of them to cover tents and vehicles, despite only myself posting a review or answering buyers' questions.
