I constantly had to reset this, recalibrate, troubleshoot! Finally gave up when it was raining and it just kept randomly opening the door. Wasted my residents money. :(

We are using the product to enable accessibility and independence for an individual who is handicapped and uses a motorized wheelchair. We wanted to do a few customizations and called the vendor for assistance. The vendor has been helpful and is providing great customer support. This is a good solution when seeking to have a door accessible automatically/with remote control.

This is my first time installing an auto door opener. I had some questions and troubleshooting. I was able to talk to a Olide rep that helped me get everything working with my door latch. The product itself seems very well built to last years. I would highly recommend.

I purchased this so that my mother who uses a wheelchair can come and go with assistance. I had someone else install it. That was no problem. Programming was confusing because thr manual isn't clear and doesn't list a telephone number. I was able to get the number from Amazon. Once I talked with David, he walked me through it easily.
