I’m familiar with the anti inflammatory and health benefits of turmeric, and I have juiced turmeric or added powder to drinks before. This pill form is so much more convenient especially because turmeric can be messy. The pills are on the larger side but they are still easy for me to swallow. Both of my bottles arrived undamaged and with good expiration dates. But the real reason I am writing this review is because I have had neck and/or back pain nearly every single day for months. I’m not sure of the cause but I had blamed it on my mattress/sleeping wrong because I didn’t sustain any obvious injuries. I just dealt with it and rarely took pain medicines. But within a week of taking this turmeric I noticed no more back and neck pain! Also my ankle swelling is reduced also. It’s a bit pricey but I got a good deal and they will last a while. I’ve used various vitamins and supplements from this brand and I have to say the quality is top tier and I love the natural/plant based organic ingredients.

Challenging to swallow, but able with yogurt. Too soon to tell if supporting my immune system and brain, but it is fermented and combined with an additive that boosts its power. Hopeful

These fermented turmeric supplements have saved my husband's life for the past year. He broke his femur and a few months later when we thought he was doing great, took a turn for the worst. Drs thought he might have an infection, which after a second surgery revealed he did not, he was very sick and whithering away. No tests found anything and using all the healthy stuff even juicing fresh turmeric, nothing was helping. Saw these at a local store and thought, what the hell, let's try it out. Since that day he started taking them (he took more than suggested) he was slowly coming back to life. He has literally been taking these for almost 2 years as a sort of natural anti-rejection supplement because we believed his body was fighting the hardware that was placed in his body. his pain relief was almost immediate and his quality of life skyrocketed. we have just recently had his hardware removed and he now has dropped down to just two a day and we believe this was a God send. Definitely worth a try for anyone looking for some relief. The content of these supplements are clean and organic.

Huge benefits come with a huge pill. The size of these are alarming, but they are easy to swallow if you swallow them lenth ways and not sideways. Love the anti-infalmatory properties this product brings as well as probiotics. I'm not sure on the effectiveness of the Tumeric, but I'm not in a lot of pain right now so I guess it's working.

This is really helping me deal with inflammation. As someone who works out, I regularly have DOMS- since adding this to my regimen, I have less pain post exercise and also in my joints. I take it with food though to avoid stomach upset.
