Started these under the advice of ChaptGPT of all things. Haven't been using them for more than a week - but I can immediately say that my mouth feels cleaner. I use these 3xs a week after brushing. I really haven't seen any special benefit to these. It's like crunching an apple flavored sweet tart candy (except it isn't particularly sweet thankfully, and isn't tart). It doesn't have a pro-biotic vibe at all (if that makes sense).No harm / no foul.I prefer Boka chewable mouthwash tabs. Talk about therapeutic!

You know I guess it could have been placebo effect but before I got my teeth fixed I was having tons of pain and this product for some reason I didn't think it would I was hoping it would just help my teeth not get any worse but it actually significantly helped with pain. I would buy this product again
