Potato chips are great just the right size bag

carefully read what lays puts in the description so you're not surprised by what arrives :) i purchased with the knowledge my box expired within a month and i couldn't be happier! i'm absolutely addicted to these and it's getting harder and harder to find them anywhere ): now i've had a few bags and most of them have been good! there's an occasional small hard chip but i think that's something that could happen regardless of where you purchase these kinds of chips from. now the one thing that bothered me was the packaging. the bags had a decent amount of air but they were still free to bounce around the cardboard box and i think a few bags were smashed by the lid. it doesn't bother me, but it might bug someone more particular about their food. regardless of all that, i'd definitely purchase again! i'd say it's a decent value for what you get. again, don't purchase if you or your family can't consume 40 bags within the time period.

I read some of the reviews and was a little hesitant to buy these because of the freshness problem and holes in some bags. But, a few ruined bags weren’t enough to stop me from trying them out. It ended up being a great buy! Not only were all chips great quality and flavor, none were punctured! They’re great because I’m dieting and the amount is just right for me to satisfy my hunger in between meals. I love that they’re baked so they’re healthier than regular chips. I suppose I could eat fruits to really be healthy, but come on, we all need some junk food once and a while. As for the expiration date problem, these chips aren’t just for me. My family can eat them as well of course. So I wonder if other reviewers live alone, or don’t share with their family, because we were easily able to finish them before they went bad.

We've ordered the Lays Baked 40 count box for several years without any issues. A box generally last us about three months. On our most recent order (July 9, 2022) the chips that arrived had a "guaranteed fresh date" of August 23, 2022. By the time we got through half the box the chips had turned somewhat stale and yesterday, when we ate the last bag, they were approaching the "too stale to eat" point. Since we've been pleased up until this most recent order, we're going to hope it was a one time fluke and order again today. Hopefully, the next box that arrives will have a date that is further out than five weeks.

I’ll admit the expire date is within a month, but my 40 packs are always gone before they expire. I absolutely love these chips and the individual starving size. Last year when I first ordered, I was surprised when I opened the box and the packages looked like they had been thrown in the big box (it’s a huge brown shipping box). So be prepared if it’s your first order. The only negative I have is that the price has increased by about $4.

I love these and can no longer find them locally. They're a nice alternative to fried snacks, and each bag is portion-sized. Update: The Baked Crunchy Cheese Cheetos lack nothing of their fattier counterpart. They're fresh, crunchy, and flavorful. They taste just like the fried cheese puffs, but with half of the fat.

That's exactly how it's sold in the store as well, these reviews are quite uneducated! They tasted the EXACT same to me as if I was to walk into Walmart or subway and buy a bag of these chips, it would cost me more, than getting them here too! I eat these CONSTANTLY not joking, just obsessed. I know what they are supposed to taste like, these are completely normal. They weren't crushed or anything, most of the bags are really full of air and I think that helps a ton. Great second purchase, will purchase a third time soon
