Martino of Canada Chantelle Boots

Best boots I've ever owned! I never am able to comfortably wear new shoes without a break in period or using insoles, but I have had no issues with these boots from day one. I have sensitive feet and a Morton's neuroma, so even though I'm a size 9 with regular to slim width on my feet, I have to get 91/2 wide shoes & boots. So I need to wear thick socks with these boots, but other than that they fit like a dream! The red/maroon color I got was true to how it looked in the website. I'm not going to test the water resistant claim, they are suede, I don't think wearing in really wet weather is a good idea.

I love these boots. I bought my first pair a few years ago minus the zipper, didn't need it then don't need it now but my new pair has one. Anyway they were a little snug across the top of my foot at first but by the end of the day that had loosened up. I wore them all day long with no problem. I'm a 9M and this boot has plenty of room for thin to medium thick socks. I don't have thick ankles so it's fairly loose there. I love the colors, bought the green, and will probably come back for one of the red ones next year, the colors are really nice.

I could LIVE in these shoes!!! Buying them in at lease one other color. I wish they had an option "Fit better than expected!" because that would be apropos for these boots. On trend yet timeless, highest quality materials... the designer has created a sewed in relaxed slouch to them that's genius... and the colors this boot comes in? They have the must-have basics of black and espresso but I am in love with the forest green and can't wait to get the plum. Highly versatile, comfy, and a bargain at the price.

I bought these in red last year and lost them during our move. I frantically searched our storage unit for them when the cold weather started because these are my all time favorite boots! So I bought another pair, and will probably buy them in black, too. To make them better for my high arches, I add an insert, but I do that with all my shoes...

I love this boots. Last year I bought a pair in gray and I LOVE it. I decided to buy a brown one too. This boots are very comfortable and warm, I have a very high arch , therefore is a little tight to put them on, but once your feet are in the boots the rest is history!

It seems most strange that boots, an iconic piece of Canadianclothing, which are made in Canada are not allowed to beshipped to Canada ! I had to have them sent to someone inthe states, and re mailed to me,

I like the style. But no arch support. And no room for orthotics. Probably should order 1/2 size larger as they run short at the toe. Most size 8 shoes are perfect for me. Not this one.

Appear to be good quality and look nice, but the size was way off. Even the heel was too big so that my heel was slipping up and down uncomfortably. Sent back.
