Great product but jars broken due to poor packaging.
5 stars for product 0 stars for product packaging at the warehouse ( no padding/bubblewrap for fragile glass items),Love this product but item was sent without protection inside a cardboard box and predictably the glass jars arrived broken and a sticky gooey mess. This is the second time I have ordered a 6 pack of the tiptree orange marmalade and the other time one of the jars was broken as well but I didn’t discover the broken jar until long after I received the item.Edited to add: this is a more bitter orange marmalade made with bitter Seville oranges. This is not your typical sweet American style orange marmalade. Buyer beware as this may not be to your liking if you like super sweet jams or are just not into acquiring a taste for new/different foods. I find it plenty sweet with a much more interesting flavor profile from the Seville oranges. I also really enjoy the bitterness and texture the orange peels add to the marmalade.

Classic Old World Marmalade
Classic marmalade. Not candied up w/excess sugar. Classic flavor not suitable for a sweet palate.

Fantastic!
Read the label. There are only two ingredients: Sugar and Seville Oranges. That's it. No artificial flavors or colors. No High Fructose Corn Syrup. And no Pectin either. The simplicity really shines through. It makes you wonder why some brands contain so many ingredients, and they still can't compare to the flavor and texture of this one.I've tried some marmalades that tasted too much like orange candy. And many of them contain Pectin (it gives them a somewhat jellied or rubbery consistency). and they need to be stirred well before serving, especially after refrigeration. The consistency or "flow" of this brand requires little or no stirring before serving. This marmalade contains some peel (rind) mixed in. It has a deep flavor, with just the right amount of orange bitterness to keep the mixture from tasting candy-sweet and one dimensional. I highly recommend this product. Made in the United Kingdom.

Delicious but one was smashed
Product is delicious but one of the two jars was smashed in the box. I called amazon and got a refund but unfortunately, I won’t order this product again. There is no effort made to bubble wrap it. 😩😡

Review: Tawny OM, Orange (medium cut M), Crystal M, Lemon Curd, W BlueBerry, ST Raspberry
As Amazon will not allow myself to review each of the Tiptree Marmalades, Preserves and Curds that I've purchased, tasted and eaten SEPARATELY, I am here-in reviewing all of them.Tiptree Orange Marmalade Medium cut: This is pretty much a typical good English Orange Marmalade, it is dark in color with a dominating burnt orange (over cooked) taste. It has a good sugar/acid balance and a noticeable bitter finish. Also, it contains medium chunks of candied rind. I guess I like this and Keiller - the best of all the English Orange Marmalades that I've tasted. However, I'm certainly not a huge fan of English Marmalades; I would much prefer more orange flavor and much less over cooked flavors and candied rind. Accordingly, a generous **** four (4) stars.Tiptree Tawny Orange Full Cut: much the same as the medium cut, a bit darker with a bit more over cooked burnt orange and a bit more bitter with a very few pieces of large- thick cut candied rind as well as some medium cut pieces, but overall less fruit pieces in the marmalade. Same good acid/sugar balance. Same positives (few) same negatives (more). *** three (3) stars.Tiptree Crystal Orange Fine Cut: Much lighter in color, very little burnt orange flavor and very, very little orange flavor. This is more of a sweet flavorless jelly. It begs the question: Why bother? ** Two (2) stars.Tiptree Sweet Tip Raspberry Preserves: Good raspberry flavors with fairly good sugar/acid balance (just a bit too sweet). I enjoyed this preserve up to the last quarter of the jar where the raspberry flavor seemed to disappear? I've just opened a second jar - to see if the flavor again "disappears" over time (about a week)? Edit (01-25-20) the second jar disappoints, after opening and aerating for two days there offers little raspberry flavor and lots more - sugar. This is about the same as Smucker's Red Raspberry jam, just much more expensive. Now, a very generous *** three (3) stars.Tiptree Wild Blueberry Preserve: No blueberry flavors here! Perhaps, some thin fruit flavor, mainly a sweet unpleasant taste. Tasting this is NOT a positive experience. There were whole blueberries in the "preserve". Just no blueberry taste? I tasted this twice two days apart. The very nearly full jar now rests in the garbage. AVOID THIS PRODUCT. * ONE (1) STAR. because Amazon does not allow 0 stars.Tiptree Lemon Curd: This is a lemon curd, it's just not a real good one. It is thin, but not very thin. It has good lemon flavors and good acidity, perhaps a bit too much acidity? Perhaps it's lacking in sweetness? It's just a bit of a miss. *** three (3) generous stars.Note: Like all marmalade, jams preserves you must remove (use/eat) a couple of tablespoons and then work the resulting surface down to 2" +/- of the product with a fork or knife to allow the product to "breath", otherwise it's taste profile will be very tight with very little fruit and very strong bitter components. After a couple of days of breathing you will have good tasting (maybe?) marmalade/jams/preserves.Conclusions: English marmalade is English marmalade. To myself, it is generally OK, but almost never very good. Additionally, Tiptree products are grossly overrated and overpriced. The best breakfast sweet spread that I have ever tasted is Smuckers Boysenberry Jam, it currently sells for $3.28 for an 18 oz jar (available from the big "W" in the sky). Yes all other Smucker's products are overly sweet, but not the Boysenberry Jam. It has a perfect sweetness/acidity balance presenting clean, clear boysenberry flavors. Delicious!

Delicious
Bought this because after over 40 years Keiller's Dundee, my favorite, was unavailable. For me, this is a most delicious orange marmalade. Delighted to have it and will buy it repeatedly.
