I found this book very informative for my needs.I started using a full spectrum CBD oil about 2months ago.Still using pain meds for Arthritis but will now try using some techniques from the book.I also make my own lotions and have tried mixing some CBD oil with the lotion and apply to my hands when going to bed.I love that he included some recipes and I have all the ingredients so I will try them.This book was a good read and I will refer to it often. I also believe it is good to read several sources but that is the nurse in me.

Had no effect on my back pains and trigger pt pains. Hard to decide re dose but not impressed also tastes horrible which wouldn’t matter if it worked. Problem is unlike a proper medication there is no proper dose advice
