The GoozlerDipper Pines - dipper's Tree Cosplay Costume - Foam and Mesh Trucker Hat Royal Blue

This is a foam and mesh hat, just like it says in the listing. It is pretty good quality, but it's not fancy or anything. If you are buying this hat, then you probably already know it's the hat Dipper Pines wears in Gravity Falls. Dipper gets the hat from the gift shop at the Mystery Shack, which is run by his Gruncle Stan, who is constantly cheating the tourists. So if anything, the quality is probably better than the hat Dipper actually wears in the show. :)You will probably either wear this hat once for a costume, or you will give it to a boy who is a fan of the show and he will get it sweaty and dirty. I recommend it for either purpose.

It's a little off colored than the actual Dipper hat from the show, but it's still really comfortable and breathable, while being close enough to satisfy the purpose.

The kid I gifted this to loved it. Was a huge fan of the show, now he wears it all the time. Fits nice, looks good for kids' apparel.

Are many adults wearing this hat? I have to imagine more children are wearing it. Although adjustable, the hat itself is still fairly large for my daughters head. Wish you made a version specifically sized to fit a child's head rather than this clearly adult sized hat for adult sized heads that sort of cinches down for a child's head. Even cinched down to fit for circumference, the hat is very deep (or should I say tall), and my daughter has a hard time keeping the hat out of her line of sight. Otherwise, a nicely made hat with nice blue pine tree.... just make a version sized specifically for children.

My brother loves it! We are huge Gravity Falls fans, so I decided to get him a little something. The white part of the hat was bent during the delivery which made it crease; it’s not noticeable at all, but my OCD kicks in whenever I see it. Overall, he loves it very much and his friends and people who recognized it liked it, too!

My son and I recently discovered GRAVITY FALLS and devoured the series over the course of a week. We both enjoyed the series. So, we began looking for available merch for the series. This is one of many cool items, Dipper's Hat. Here's some feedback:1. It's a basic trucker hat. Nothing too fancy.2. The color is slightly darker than the image shows, but nothing drastically different.3. At $7.99 it is reasonable priced (but I did see significantly cheaper options elsewhere)4. As far as quality, it is an inexpensive trucker hat. My expectations are low (in fact I bought a cheaper version from another site as a back-up for my son).5. I wish the bill was not bent...my son prefers straight bills (even though that's not how Dipper wears it).6. Shipping was crazy fast...it arrived yesterday (Sunday) and my son has been wearing it ever since.It's a novel item and inexpensive. If you or your kids are a fan of the series it's a great purchase. Don't expect beyond a basic trucker hat and you'll be fine.
