I recently had new wood looking tile floors put in my downstairs part of my house. I bought one bottle of this to try on the dining room just to see how it would works. First, it's fantastic. It goes on easy and it doesn't streak or leave a residue like some others. It doesn't smell and dries quickly. The bottle goes a long way. I will be buying more. I can't recommend this high enough.

Took me a little over an hour to be able to caulk my shower after sealing. Fast drying. This is a greener product no terrible smell. Works really well with 2 coats. Super easy to apply. Cut days off my tile regrout as other sealers need 24-48hours with harsh chemicals to cure. I used maybe half the bottle with two coats. 10/10. Customer service is also very helpful on their website.

This stuff is fantastic. I opted not to use the sprayer. I used a 1" brush to apply this product. I thought that it was going to leave a thick visible residue but it did not. No fumes or noxious oder dried completely invisible. Because I used a brush rather than spaying the entire surface I economized on the amount used. I did the whole kitchen counter top and the splash wall twice and only used a quarter of the container. Great stuff, highly recommend this product.

Worked good. Sealed tile after 3 applications.

Dries clear. I applied it with a paint brush on thin grout lines. I'm hoping it protects the recently cleaned and white grout for years to come!

Great stuff for small jobs

Used it on porous shower floor tile and grout and did a nice job sealing it without. being slippery. I wanted to use it on another shower floor after cleaning it and regrouting it, but the product came out yellow. I contacted the company and they requested photos, both outside and inside the bottle. The product inside the bottle was clear, but when using the sprayer (which the bottle comes with and which is how you apply the product) it comes out yellow. After that, the company stopped their communication with me. I can only infer that the mechanism inside the sprayer itself is rusting or may be degrading because of exposure to the product. The bottle was kept in an air-conditioned house. I shouldn't have to buy a different sprayer and transfer the contents to use it again; therefore, even though the actual sealer contents was good, the packaging, application and customer support is lacking.

Went on easy now we wait to see if it really lasts. Color seems great. Not in bath so water not a problem.

Very easy to use and no smell. Spayed on the first coat and used an artist paint brush for the second coat. I will have to wait and see if the grout lines stay clean. Would buy again. Thanks for a non toxic product.

I have porcelain tile with un-sanded grout. The application and clean up were very easy. It would have been even easier if the spray nozzle included some type of tube that directed the flow to the grout only.

Low VOC is perfect for indoors. Just applied it. Will try to do another review down the road.
