Doesn't actually go up to size 9
They're fine for running but just be aware that the largest size (the size it is without cutting it) is not a 9. It is a full size smaller than the insoles that came with my size 9 running shoes so my toes hang off the edge, which is not ideal.

Poor fit
The quality feels great but when cut to size they fit very poorly! Waste of money and wouldnāt recommend.

Smaller than advertised! Total waste of money with no return option!

No support pulled a calf muscle using these!
No support at all I was shocked as I have read about these supporting the foot. I have requested a refund hopefully I will receive one ! I am not left with a pulled calf muscle after using these!
